Coronavirus: Essential travel only - Restrictions and advice
Public transport options to and from vaccination locations
The COVID-19 vaccine is now available and NHS Scotland is prioritising people who are at greater risk.
NHS Scotland strongly recommends you get the vaccine as soon as it is offered to you.
Your local NHS health board will get in touch with you to arrange your vaccination appointment when you are eligible.
COVID-19 vaccination is taking place differently across Scotland. It may not be at your GP practice.
Once you have received a confirmed date, time and location for your vaccination appointment, you can search for public transport journey options to your appointment by:
- Using our Traveline Scotland journey planner,
- Speaking to a travel adviser on 0141 465 1878.
Lines are open 24 hours every day. Standard geographic call charges apply.
We are happy to accept calls from textphone, Relay UK and contactSCOTLAND-BSL users.
